Frank is a technology leader with over 25 years of experience in application and database development, as well as information security in the highly regulated healthcare industry. As CDO’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Frank leads the team in developing the company’s system architecture, software products and its ongoing software development road map. The CDO platform focuses on business process life-cycle management, finance, and government compliance for the Healthcare industry.
Prior to joining the executive team at CDO2, Frank was co-founder of a software development and BPO software service firm for healthcare claims processing. He developed client-server application software used by customers nationwide in coordination with internal staff for medical claims processing and medical office management.
